Hotfix 1.5.3.6 Adds Steam Launch Option Without BattlEye

Hotfix 1.5.3.6 adds a Steam launch option to play without BattlEye for single-player and private or self-hosted servers that do not require the anti-cheat software. BattlEye remains required for multiplayer servers that use it; attempting to join one without BattlEye installed or enabled will result in an error.

The hotfix also improves server and client stability, fixes an issue that could prevent autosave recovery, and corrects an ornithopter spawn issue in single-player. After travelling from the Overland Map to Hagga Basin or the Deep Desert, the ornithopter should spawn on the ground rather than in the air.
