You should treat all tools, reference data, optional account features, and donation perks as convenience utilities only.

duners.win is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Funcom, Legendary Entertainment, Frank Herbert's estate, or any other rights holder connected to the Dune franchise or the Dune: Awakening video game.
Nothing on this site is official game content, support, or communication from those rights holders.
No warranties
This site and all tools, data, software, and account features made available through it (including optional server sync, donations, profile perks, ranks, badges, importers, scanners, and shared builds) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
Game data, schematic names, recipes, icons, and related information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We do not guarantee that any tool will meet your expectations or produce a particular in-game result.
Your responsibility
You use duners.win at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:
- your gameplay decisions and in-game actions;
- any data you store locally in your browser;
- any optional account backup you enable through server sync;
- any data you import from third-party tools or share through Site features;
- compliance with the game's terms of service, end-user licence, and applicable laws;
- verifying important information through official game channels before relying on this site.
We do not provide official gameplay advice, game account support, billing support, or technical support for the game itself.
Data loss; no backup guarantee
We do not guarantee preservation of any data, whether stored locally in your browser or backed up to our servers through an optional account.
Data may be lost, corrupted, overwritten, or become unavailable due to, without limitation:
- browser or device clears, storage limits, or character changes;
- bugs, outages, maintenance, migrations, or human error on our side;
- server failure, database issues, or hosting provider problems;
- account deletion, disabled server sync, or moderation actions;
- schema or feature changes that invalidate older backups;
- discontinuation of the Site or any feature.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you care about. Optional server sync is not a substitute for personal backups.
Optional accounts and third-party sign-in
Optional accounts and sign-in providers (such as Google) may be offered when enabled. We do not guarantee continued availability of sign-in, server sync, or any account feature.
We are not responsible for actions taken by sign-in providers, including lockouts, policy changes, or discontinued OAuth access.
Donations and profile perks
Voluntary contributions, when offered, are processed by Patreon. They are not a purchase of this site or of any rank, badge, or profile perk. Perk and rank rules are in our Terms of Use.
We do not guarantee that any perk, rank, badge, frame, header, bio option, link, picture, or ad-free setting will appear, apply, stay in sync with Patreon, match the donate page, or keep working. We may change or remove them at any time, with or without notice, and with no refund or compensation from us. A downgrade can remove cosmetics and profile fields you no longer qualify for.
We are not responsible for Patreon billing, pledges, refunds, chargebacks, or a failure to match a pledge to an account.
Third-party and companion tools
References to companion apps (for example, a schematic scanner) describe tools that may be offered separately. If such tools are provided, they are offered under the same "as is" terms unless we state otherwise in writing.
We are not responsible for third-party software, mods, automation, or any interaction between this site and your game client or game account.
Shared builds
Shared build links and import codes may become public, cached, indexed, or retained as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee removal from all caches or third-party copies once shared.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, duners.win, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of (or inability to use) this site or its tools, including without limitation:
- loss of in-game progress, items, currency, accounts, or characters;
- loss of locally stored tracker, hunt, character, or build data;
- loss of optional server-synced backup data or profile content;
- a perk, rank, badge, frame, header, bio limit, link, picture, or ad-free setting that fails, is delayed, is wrong, is missing, or is removed;
- cosmetics or profile fields lost or hidden after a tier change or downgrade;
- ads that still appear;
- a public donor listing, profile, comment, or shared build;
- device or browser data loss;
- service interruptions, errors, or data corruption;
- reliance on inaccurate or incomplete reference data;
- Patreon billing, pledges, refunds, or a failure to match a pledge to an account;
- unauthorized access to accounts where you failed to secure your sign-in provider;
- any action taken by a game publisher, platform operator, sign-in provider, or Patreon.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed the greater of zero and the amount you paid us directly to use the site in the twelve months before the claim. A Patreon pledge or other contribution is not a fee paid to us for the site and does not increase that cap. For a site you can use without paying us, that cap is zero.
No professional relationship
Use of duners.win does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and the site operators.
Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. The revised version is effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
