Hotfix 1.5.3.3 Fixes Progression and Stability Issues

Hotfix 1.5.3.3 improves stability and addresses several gameplay and console issues.

In the Forty Fears Awakening cinematic, a fallback now completes the sequence after 30 seconds if QTE inputs are not registered.
Removed the obsolete Balanced Graphics Mode option from PS5 Display settings; it had been replaced by Quality.
Improved server and client stability and fixed an issue that could cause progression loss.
Fixed incorrect character data appearing in the Characters tab after a failed server join, which could lead to deleting or joining the wrong character.
Fixed Base Reconstruction Tool placement errors, the “Place your backed up base” journey step sometimes not completing, and ping display issues on consoles.
Fixed an issue where entering an Overland map, reconnecting, or respawning fully restored HP and reset Power to 0.
