Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly offer the Site to them.
Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to playing Dune: Awakening. You agree not to:
- misuse the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
- scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attack the Site except where law expressly allows;
- use the Site in violation of applicable laws, game terms, or third-party rights;
- upload or transmit malware or abusive content through any feature we provide.
Fan project; no rights claimed
duners.win is a non-commercial fan project. We do not claim ownership of Dune, Dune: Awakening, or related trademarks, logos, artwork, names, characters, or game content. All such rights belong to their respective owners.
Your data and imports
Tracker progress you enter is stored locally in your browser unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for backing up that data and for any file or scan you import into the Site or related tools.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by browser clears, device changes, software bugs, or user error.
Reference database
The Site hosts a reference item database on our servers (names, metadata, icons, etc.). That data is provided for convenience only. It may be wrong or out of date. Do not treat it as an official source.
No service guarantee
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features described as planned, upcoming, or "soon" are not commitments and may never ship.
Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, duners.win and its operators will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited as described in the Disclaimer.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless duners.win and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are intended to be fair and practical for a small fan utility site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Local mandatory consumer rights still apply where they cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
